3 Questions to Ask Yourself to Get Unstuck

Allow me to start by saying, you are not alone if you are feeling stuck.
A recent study has found that 69% of people feel trapped in the same old routine, and only 3 out of 10 people are happy with their lives.  People are feeling stuck. This article on Lifehack shares even more insight into these stats.
We all experience this feeling at times but the key is what are you going to do about feeling stuck?

In this video I share 3 questions to ask yourself that will help you move from STUCK to EXECUTION:

In the video above, I go over questions in these 3 areas:

1.  Obstacles

•  Fear has a sneaky way of disguising itself to look like things that we just “accept” as obstacles. Learn how to identify the real deal.

2.  Clarity

•  Understand why this ‘c’ word has such an impact on what we believe we can do, what we actually do, and the outcomes we reach.

3.  Resources

•  I estimate that 80% of the time, we already have the resources we need. Guess where it is?

Be gentle with yourself as you move to get unstuck. It probably won’t be a pretty process and you might feel lost during some of it. That’s normal.
Don’t allow negative self-talk to yourself from yourself to be the delay in you moving to execution.
