In fact, as you set those intentions think about where you want to be in January. And this is exactly why I am creating The Hope of Purpose Experience. This is going to be a curated event created for creative entrepreneurs and social influencers to network, collaborate, and learn from other entrepreneurs and their journey!

HOUSTON (Nov. 26, 2018) — Houston author, community leader and business expert, Miara Shaw, will host The Hope of Purpose Experience in Houston, Texas on Jan. 25 and 26, 2019. The educational workshop and networking event for creative entrepreneurs and social influencers will take place at the Microsoft Technology Center located in Town & Country Village (750 Town and Country Blvd, Houston, TX 77024).
The event will begin on Friday night with The Hope of Purpose Awards Reception, honoring a selected group of women for their contributions in business and in the community. The Hope of Purpose Experience Day will commence on Saturday morning with a curated schedule of information sessions aimed at educating and empowering entrepreneurs. The Hope Lounge, which marks the end of the event on Saturday, will offer attendees an opportunity to shop while making key connections with speakers and sponsors.
“For years I’ve been fortunate to share my message of finding passion and purpose, along with teaching others how to gracefully execute on their ideas,” said Miara Shaw, event creator and founder of Maven Nation™. “This event will not only amplify that message through curated sessions with phenomenal speakers, but also give hope to those seeking to thrive in their entrepreneurial endeavors no matter what levels of success they’ve reached.”
Leading the highly-anticipated team of Experience Day speakers and panelists is Brandice Daniel, CEO and Founder of Harlem’s Fashion Row. Daniel is best-known for her recent partnership with Lebron James and Nike in the design of his 16th signature shoe, inspired by women of color, the Nike LeBron 16. Daniel will participate in an intimate discussion about her journey and share knowledge on how to connect with brands to gain sponsorships in an inspiring session on the Hope of Purpose.
The Experience will feature more phenomenal guests, including holistic and naturopathic educator, LaShanna Leonard; family medicine physician and women’s health expert, Dr. Teriya Richmond; and psychologist and counselor, Dr. Prudence Brooks. Leonard, Richmond and Brooks will speak on total wellness in a panel session on the Hope of Health. Sessions will continue with certified life coach, Dr. Jacque Colbert, who will provide the tools for attendees to expand their businesses and careers in an informative session on the Hope of Business. Additionally, an insightful panel session on the Hope of Relationships will be moderated by CEO and Philanthropist,
Maurice Shaw will moderate a dynamic group of panelists, including Pastor and CEO, Dexter Kyle; Mayor and Social Influencer, Dale Lemon; Trend Ignitor, David Anderson III; and CEO and Philanthropist, Ian Chestnut.
